Imagine, You get home and your pumped to do your homework and just get it finished! So you get your computer and homework materials. Suddenly you remember "I haven't had lunch yet!" next comes "Ooh, *Insert favorite TV show here* is on!" next is "I'm so slee..p.  *SNOOORREE*" then the day is gone and you didn't ever do your homework! 

Your walking down the hallway to your English class. Thinking "What will we be doing today?" and suddenly you remember... "I have an outline due!"   .. OOPSIE!! .. 

I have struggled with this as long as i can remember. I am in college right now, and working, and dealing with some huge life decisions, this is no time for me to start procrastinating. 

I have come up with a couple ways to work on my procrastination. 

1. I have started this blog, I've had my ups and downs with it, But I've figured out how to schedule times for blog and others for school and work. That's what you have to do. Schedule and try to stick to it. Is it hard? YEAHH! lol But it helps you from getting overwhelmed. Even if you dont have a blog. there are a lot of things to juggle in your life and having a schedule helps so much! 

2. Take your larger projects, and break them down in to smaller pieces that are easier to start on. This helps because it is easier to do an outline if you know what you are going to write first, So you could start with researching and finding different subjects before you actually start on the whole outline. 

3. ASK FOR HELP! Having a parent, boyfriend/girlfriend, or friends can really help open up your mind and give you some new ideas. Help you develop a thought process. 

4. Eliminate Distractions. If you get distracted by the TV, Go outisde or in a room with no TV. If its a computer, then use paper and books, I find if i have to use the computer than i love to goto the library. The quiet and library feel tends to make me feel like I get things done and it makes me more motivated. turn off your phone if you need to.

Hey Guys!! My top 5 are going to be things to do on a rainy day!!

This really applies to me because i live in Florida!! (The "sunshine" state... lol I think when we say that we are wishfully thinking!!)

1. Catch up on your TV shows!! (Netflix and Hulu are your BEST friends!) 
There is really nothing better than snuggling up on the couch or in bed with your favorite snacks catching up on all the shows you are too busy to watch all other days!!

2. Cook some really yummy things for the week!! 
 If you have been craving something specific for days then go make it!!! Or you can use up all of those extra little snacks and ingredients in your fridge!

3. Organize your house!! 
It doesn't have to just be your house.. it could be your bag, room, cabinets, closet, clothes drawers!! Sometimes it will have you feeling really productive.

4. Home spa!! 
Have some different beauty products you've been meaning to try just never have the time?? PERFECT!! Give your self a spa day. Use some Masks, or create your own. New body wash, nail polish, face scrub, hair masks or even try on a bunch of new make up looks.

5. Catch up. 
Have a bunch of calls you need to make? how about some homework you need to catch up on? or even some hobbies you haven't "gotten around to" lately. :) USE TODAY!! Seriously. its good to take time and do these things. Chances are it wont take all day so do this first. Then go try to so some of the others I've listed, it would be nice after catching up to relax. :)

Sometimes we just can't begin to understand the things we need when we are doing everything on our own. We also can not always handle everything life throws at us, that's why it can be nice to have someone along with you on your journey through life, that even means as you mature in your younger years as well as when you are older. I personally like this post because I am currently in a 3 year and on going relationship with my boyfriend Cheyne. For young couples in a relationship, Learning to be patient, learning to compromise and being committed can help them grow into respectable, carrying people which is why i have decided to post this and get my opinion out there. 

As a teenage I see way too many comments, posts, pictures, etc. about "youngsters" being in too serious of a relationship and i feel it is making our generation scared of commitment. For a while i was afraid to show people how much i liked Cheyne becuase i was so afraid of being put down and just having my feeling shrugged off as "oh its just puppy love" and "oh you'll get over that soon enough. Sometimes I think that every love flame starts out as "puppy love"... It just grows. 

Being patient is not something i am very good at. However since by boyfriend and i have been dating I have improved a lot, I've been learning to be more patient especially since my boyfriends goal in life is to annoy me forever. I have found that as i am in a relationship i see things that annoy me then i see them in myself, so i learn to change them, one of those things is how impatient i am. It is very important to be patient in today's world because everyday we have to deal with rude people in traffic, computers and machines not loading or working correctly, and even obnoxious grocery store cashiers. So it can be really good to have patience. 
After all there is that saying ‘Patience is virtue’. 
It can make living your everyday life so much easier. Learning to be patient with your significant other can help your whole life in so many ways and it can also help you in your relationship. 

Even if you aren't together forever you will still have a huge impact on each others lives so try to make it the most positive impact you could ever make on them. A huge part about being patient is learning to compromise, you can’t always have instant gratification as we have all failed at remembering at least once in our life times.


P.S. I am no expert.. lol i am only just about to turn 20. I just know how i constantly felt put down by who i decided to "date".. and that it could never be real. I wanted to try to help younger people who feel like I did.

It helps you grow and mature.

As you may recall my little sisters and mom moved to Arizona from Florida after i graduated in may of 2013.

I stayed here in Florida as my boyfriend, fathers family and college was here. 

So obviously i do not get to watch them grow and see them become the amazing young women one day they will be.
However, i am so excited because get to see them so very soon!! My grandma gave my boyfriend and I an early Christmas present.
PLANE TICKETS!! WE GET TO GO TO ARIZONA FOR A WEEK!!!
guys... a whole week!!1

For my sisters Christmas presents i am giving them little books full of memories, silly drawings, Sisterly advice, quotes i live by, etc.

What i would love is for you to help me gather ideas i can put in this. i will take pictures once it is all done :)

Let's see, in five years from now it will be September 21st 2019.. I would be 24 years young..

I hope that i will be...

1. Alive, It is always good to have that goal in mind :)
2. Graduating/continuing my college academics. The things i'm majoring in tend to take a while to complete.
3. I really would love to be married already... my dream wedding date is may 31st.. And that is the next year that it will be on a Saturday.... (Hope that ins't too weird ??)
4. i would like to have been traveling the world, I want to see England, Ireland, Poland, Italy, japan, Australia, France, Canada... I want to go to California, Bahamas, Hawaii...... 
5. Have my scuba licence.. Oh how it is my dream to swim in the depths of the ocean <3
6. Have a lot of cats!!! ^_^ MEOWW! ;)
7. I would love to be able to support myself even though i love my amazing boyfriend of about 3 years.... I would still love to have independence.
8. Not have children yet :) I think i have my life planned out by the year... And that time has not come yet :)
9. Have a husband that is very successful and confident in what ever he does. 
10. Put a piece of gum on the gum wall in Seattle
11. Have my father walk me down the aisle
12. Have my abuelita (Great grandmother) At my wedding.
13. I hope i will have paid a strangers tab at a restaurant at least once!! 
14. Have my hair grown out REALLY long! 
15. I hope i will have learned to say 'No' with out feeling the need to explain why.
16. Scuba dive to the Great Barrier Reef before it is all gone <3

I think i will stop there because 16 is just an awesome number! :)
